TERMINAL-1
30 / 10 / 2024
All welding for the wooden partition structures in Terminal-1 and Terminal-2 was carried out off-site. To ensure the safety of passengers and airport employees, as well as to avoid disrupting the operation of the existing airport, the modular systems were prefabricated off-site and then transported to the terminals for mechanical assembly and on-site installation. As a result, the airport's fire alarm systems remained inactive during the construction phase, maintaining the highest level of security throughout the process.
Terminal-1 : Completed Works
-
Dismantling of the duty-free and customs control areas.
-
Removal of existing marble, drywall, wooden walls, and electrical sub-assemblies.
-
Surveying and applications conducted with a topographer.
-
Leveling ground differences to achieve a uniform floor height using concrete wiping and smart screed application.
-
Installation of new porcelain floor coverings aligned with the airport's design concept.
-
Construction and installation of plasterboard frameworks and coatings for walls and ceilings.
-
Fabrication and mechanical assembly of statically calculated steel structures for wooden partitions.
-
Application and testing of all strong and weak current electrical systems on floors, walls, and ceilings.
-
Plastering and painting of gypsum boards on walls and ceilings within the project area.
-
Painting the entire terminal to ensure color uniformity between old and new paint on walls and ceilings.
-
Installation and commissioning of electrical panels, floor-mounted electrical socket boxes, circuit breakers, and lighting fixtures.
